    An email contained a code on the 25th and a push message with a code was sent out today.

    You'll only receive these if you've allowed Red to send them, For future use head to Explore - Settings - Permissions and check you've allowed VirignRed to contact you via email (1st switch) and allow push notifications (2nd switch).   Allow is switch to the right, red showing.
