    Assuming you claimed them via the link in the winners email, you should both contact Virgin Red directly and privately with the email associated with your red account. 
    You can do this via virginredsupport@virgin.com or PM/DM via social media channels (Facebook/Twitter/etc).

    Edit: PS Don't forget to allow 30 days for delivery.
